Many people know about merit list and non-profit. Now maybe preparing for the application. But before knowing something important:
1. What is NTRC taking responsibility for you? The answer is no. NTRCA does not guarantee your wages. NTRCA will not carry any complications related to your employment.
2. If the school/college joins you, you will see non-MPO, unless the post is empty, your MPO will not be there. The school/college will pay you if you do not work for free and you do not. But there is no guarantee of salary from the school/college.
There are two types of terms, one vacant post, another created word. Your MPO will be very fast if you fill vacant posts, MPO terms, and non-MPO vacant posts.
If you apply for the posting, you will not get any wages, unless the MPO is vacant.
3. If the school/college is non-MPO, you have to work in the school/college wages. If the college does not pay you in that case, then you will have to pay at your own cost.
4. When the school/college will be MPO from Non-MPO, there is no relation to NTRCA. Because the government is now suspicious whether they will be MPO in the next 5 years. Because the government has made a school + college in every upazila and the government has budgeted a lot of money in that area.
The institution is MPO, but how the post is non-MPO
MPO terms are always in the vacant position, the institution MPO is used but the terms of the non-MPO post made the terms. Due to the condition that the salary will not be paid to the government, the institution may or may not even give it to the will. Your MPO will be the day when any vacancy will be vacant and you will get a job in the vacant position.
