How to Correct the Certificate Errors

It is often seen that the name of the student, father's name, mother's name or title is wrong in the certificate. Name correction, primary work:

The documents to be submitted:

If the father is not alive, then he will have to affidavit with his mother. If both parents and mothers are not alive, then the legal guardian can be an affidavit. However, the District Judge's certificate of legal guardianship must be submitted. Must have a clear explanation for the number of passes, roll numbers, board names and corrections in the affidavit.





Name change process:
