The whole Hilsha


In the monsoon season, the hilsa fish is different from the fish. There is no comparison of the taste of the hilsa fish, and so all the different terms are cooked with this fish. We are more familiar with the Hilsa Padar, But today we will see a recipe of the whole Hilsa fish.




Ingredients:
  • Hilsha fish 1 peace
  • 1 cup of onions granule
  • Mustard oil: half cup,
  • Salt Quantitative
  • Chili chilies 7/8,
  • Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon,
  • Yellow tea: half teaspoon
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon,,
  • Cumin mash: Half teaspoon,
  • Lemon juice 1teaspoon,




Steps:
Step 1:
Clean the fish and cut it into two pieces and marinate it with all the spices. If you keep the fridge all night well then.
Step 2:
In the pressure cooker, cook the lid with fish submerged water and cook with all the spices on the high heat.
Step 3:
Actually, block the medium net for 1 hour.
Step 4:
When cooked, carefully lift the fish and make it thick. If you want to eat rice, you can keep a little thin.
Step 5:
Set the fish on a baking tea and bake it at 200 degrees Celsius or at 340 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven to 15-20 minutes.
